Practical Case I: Search of High-level Manager
Search of a General Manager for a company in the field of renewable energy and environment.

To start with, we carried out an identification and a search of the companies within this sector as well as the names of the people who were holding General Management positions. Then we went on to contact them by telephone with a view to offering them the position and feeling out their interest in and motivation for the post.

The candidates, who were principally interested in the offer, were interviewed personally by our expert consultants to check their overall suitability, both in the formal requirements as well as in the skills and competences needed to fill the position successfully.

Only those candidates that were considered fully suitable were introduced to the client and finally the new General Manager joined the company.
