In-Company Training

This consists of elaborating and holding theoretical-practical training sessions, which will help those professionals, who these sessions are designed for, to optimally improve their managerial capacity and the management of teams by means of widening their knowledge and learning new techniques and skills.

When is it recommended?

The objective of these sessions is to give to the participants the tools that would be useful in their own development as well as in that of their teams. Therefore it is particularly recommendable in those cases, in which new knowledge, techniques and/or skills need to be passed on.

In general these training sessions are meant for Executives and Managers that run teams in several functional areas of the company. It is specially recommended when new ways of management need to be taken on, cultural changes need to be dealt with or improvements are needed in the subject matter of the training.

How do we go about it?

By means of a highly practical and personalized methodology, we make use of tools, practical cases and material that is most suited to the training needs. For this purpose we have an expert team in the subjects that are dealt with and who have thorough knowledge of the context that our client finds itself in. This enables the participants to take great advantage of the training, which has been adjusted to the needs of our client.

Practical Case I:

A company of the health sector, that found it necessary to ensure the continuous development of those members of their staff that were considered future leaders within the company. Therefore a programme was elaborated aiming at giving some managers the necessary skills to act as Tutors in the company.

Based on an essentially practical focus, we included a theoretical approach to the necessary skills and competences as well as to the functions and responsibilities of a Tutor. This was complemented by an action plan and practices in which the participants kept observing how they were developing new skills.

The outcome was the introduction of a Tutor who acted as determining factor in supporting the growth of the people and the organization.

Practical Case II:

A company of the Chemical / Retail sector, that was going through a cultural and organizational change. At the same time a new model of management was started to be introduced. Among other objectives, they wanted to improve the quality of communication between the managers and their teams.

Once the conceptual work frame had been established and from an essentially practical point of view, we elaborated training on the feed-back interviews. We used specially designed role-play exercises for this management team. This allowed us to give the participants the tools that would be useful for their own development as well as for that of their teams, which enabled a communication of higher quality at all levels.
