The selection of this type of profiles consists of identifying the most suitable candidate that fulfills all the requirements of our client and fits best into the culture and particularities of the client company. This is carried out by means of a rigorous process of recruitment and interviews.

When is it recommended?

This type of selection is specially indicated for those cases which need filling key positions in the organization: Managers or Middle Managers or a similar position, i.e. people with a high level of responsibility.
